Medium term plan

There are two versions of the Teaching Trailers Primary Medium Term Plan – one in Word format for teachers to modify if necessary and one in PDF to download or print and use to inform their planning.

The Medium Term Plan includes learning outcomes, activity outlines and assessment criteria for the 5 Lesson Plans.
